This section should prove to the lenders or the investors that the management team has the relevant industry or operational expertise to successfully run the company.

Answer the following questions:

1. List the managers for your business. Describe their functional roles in the company and their experiences in this type of function and/or business. Attach resumes.

2. Will you hire people to help you with the business? If so, for what purpose?

Example: Attorney, accountant, designer, etc.
